LUM DORBAR KI KSUID (UMSAWMAT) -WHERE LEGENDS MEET NATURE
Location- Lum Dorbar Ki Ksuid, located in Umsawmat village taking about 35 km from Shillong, the capital city of Meghalaya. Umsawmat holds historical significance due to the nearby hills known as Lum Dorbar ki Ksuid (2 ½ km from the Kiosk which is a 40min trek at a moderate pace). According to local legend, this hill was once believed to be a gathering place of devils in ancient times, adding a mystical aura to its cultural landscape.
